You can choose the wall thickness of the Modern line: 28 or 45 mm. All buildings are untreated. However the 16 mm preassembled flooring is pressure-treated. Windows have original cross bars and decorative shutters. The joinery is finished with black metal fittings.
The roof is clad in sheet steel. Because of their low and high side walls, all Modern line buildings have a slight roof pitch. This is neatly concealed behind a full-width straight fascia board. A 12 cm Ø guttering and PVC drain pipe are standard. The wall corners have straight edges. The roof overhang is +/- 30 cm all around. |
